The Kansas softball team dropped a mid-week, non-conference game to Nebraska on Tuesday, 4-0 in Lincoln, Nebraska.

The loss came on the heels of KU's three consecutive losses to top-ranked Oklahoma last weekend and dropped the Jayhawks to 22-12-1 overall. It marked just the second time all season that Kansas has been held scoreless.

KU will return to Big 12 action this weekend for a 3-game series at Iowa State and will stay on the road next weekend when they travel to Texas Tech. The Jayhawks are currently in fourth place in the Big 12 standings at 7-5 in conference play.

Here's a look back at some of Tuesday's action.
