The 8th-ranked Kansas men's basketball team hosted a wild Big 12 showdown at Allen Fieldhouse on Saturday, against No. 4 Houston, one of four Big 12 Conference newcomers.
The meeting was the first between the two since 2001 and did not disappoint. The Jayhawks — and their home crowd — were both electric in welcoming the Cougars to town for the first time in ages.
Kansas won in convincing fashion, 78-65, to move to 18-4 overall and 6-3 in Big 12 play. Houston dropped to 19-3 overall and is also 6-3 in Big 12 play.
Here's a look back at some of the action from the top-10 battle.
