In what will go down as the final game at David Booth Kansas Memorial Stadium as we've known it for years — before upcoming renovations start on the west side of the stadium — the Kansas Jayhawks welcomed No. 23 Kansas State to Lawrence for the home finale on Saturday night.
Both teams entered the contest ranked in the Top 25 of the College Football Playoff Rankings and the game, which kicked off at 6 p.m., drew a sold-out crowd and hours and hours of pregame tailgating around the stadium.
