The 11th-ranked Kansas men's basketball team picked up a huge, bounce-back home win over UCF on Tuesday night, outscoring the Knights 91-87 roughly 96 hours after falling to Houston in double-OT in the same building.
The win moved Kansas to 15-5 overall and 6-3 in Big 12 play, and the Jayhawks will head to Baylor this weekend.

Mayo finished Tuesday’s contest with 24 points and 9 rebounds, the second most rebounds this season. Mayo’s 6 threes tonight is the most in a game by a Jayhawk since Gradey Dick had 6 against NC State on November 23, 2022
• Senior guard David Coit tied his season-high in three-pointers made Tuesday night with 4. Coit drained 4 threes earlier this season against Missouri. Coit ended the game with 12 points on 50% shooting
• Freshman forward Flory Bidunga notched his second-straight double-double Tuesday night, finishing with 10 points and 11 rebounds. Bidunga has now tallied double-digit rebounds in three games this season with the others coming against TCU and West Virginia.
