The top-ranked Kansas Jayhawks moved to 6-0 on the season with a hard-fought, neutral-site win over No. 11 Duke on Tuesday night at T-Mobile Center in Las Vegas for the Vegas Showdown.
The game had a Final Four feel to it and featured some of the best individual performances of the season for the Jayhawks, who shot 49% from the floor, 47% from 3-point range and 92% (11-of-12) from the free throw line in a 75-72 victory.
Every shot mattered, every possession was huge and the intensity was turned up to a level that matched the hype and blue blood billing leading up to this one.

• Graduate guard Dajuan Harris Jr. scored 14 points on 6-10 (60.0%) shooting and dished out a season-high 9 assists. Harris added 3 steals and 3 rebounds in a team-high 36 minutes. Harris has scored in double figures in four games this season.
• Senior forward KJ Adams blocked three shots and recorded three steals. It is the first time in Adams’ career with 3+ blocks and 3+ steals in a game. Adams added 8 points and 3 assists in 33 minutes of play.
• Junior guard AJ Storr posted 11 points on 2-of-2 (100%) shooting from 3PT.
• Senior guard Zeke Mayo scored 12 points and dished out 4 assists. Mayo tied his season high with 34 minutes played.
• Junior guard Rylan Griffen scored the final 6 points of the game for Kansas and finished with 8 points on the night. Griffen went 3-of-3 (100%) from the free throw line, which included two makes to put Kansas up by 3 with 00:02 left on the clock.
